Legal guardian who is employed by Charles University may submit a pre-registration application for their child via an online form. The form is available from 1 July 2026 at 10:00 a.m. until 15 July 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Pre-registration takes place exclusively online. Applications submitted by e-mail or in person will not be accepted. The form cannot be submitted outside the specified time period.
How pre-registration works
Once the form opens, the legal guardian fills in basic information about the child and about themselves as a Charles University employee.
After submitting the form, the legal guardian will receive confirmation that the application has been received, including a registration number.
After the first round of pre-registration has closed, applications will be assessed according to the established criteria.
Legal guardians will be informed of the outcome by e-mail. The results will also be published under the registration number on the website in the “Admission Results” section.
Important information
The form will only be active during the specified period.
The number of places is limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee admission.
We recommend submitting the application as soon as possible after the form opens.

At Celetná 20, enter through the main gate and pass the security reception into the first courtyard. From there, take the first possible right turn and walk through the arcade. By the chestnut tree, go down two steps – you will see the windows of the centre straight ahead. The entrance door will be on your right-hand side.
