            Legal guardian who is employed by Charles University may submit a pre-registration applica

            child via an online form. The form is available from 1 July 2026 at 10:00 a.m. until 15 Ju
            a.m.


            Pre-registration takes place exclusively online. Applications submitted by e-mail or in pe
            accepted. The form cannot be submitted outside the specified time period.


            How pre-registration works


            • Once the form opens, the legal guardian fills in basic information about the child and a
              as a Charles University employee.
            • After submitting the form, the legal guardian will receive confirmation that the applica

              received, including a registration number.
            • After the first round of pre-registration has closed, applications will be assessed acco
              established criteria.

            • Legal guardians will be informed of the outcome by e-mail. The results will also be publ
              registration number on the website in the “Admission Results” section.


            Important information

            The form will only be active during the specified period.


            The number of places is limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee admissio
